You can arrive between 4pm and 8pm, as long as you let us know in advance so we can be there to welcome you ! Flexible arrival times depending on availability.
Check-out is by 12 noon at the latest.

Free parking is available in the street or behind the house.
Motorcycles and bicycles can also be parked in the garden.

Your room is 100% private and you can lock it from the inside (no outside lock).

Bed linen and one big bath towel per guest are provided.

If you stay several nights : cleaning usually takes place between 12 pm and 4 pm, with a quick refresh of the room and vacuuming on request.

Breakfast is included in the price of the night, even if you decide not to have it. Sorry, there is no “room-only” option. It’s rock’n’roll but not à la carte 😉.

Breakfast is served from 8 am to 11 am. Even rock’n’roll hosts need their sleep 🤘😴

Expect the essentials of a continental breakfast : coffee to wake up, croissants, jams, fruit juice… and if the weather allows it, breakfast on the terrace.

Upstairs, two large bathrooms are available. Each bathroom is shared between two rooms only :
– With one room booked, the bathroom is shared with another room.
– With two rooms booked, the bathroom becomes private for you.

Each bathroom includes a toilet, and there is an additional WC on the ground floor.

If the bathroom happens to be temporarily occupied, take the opportunity to grab a drink, put on some music, or challenge someone to a darts game 😄

Like in the bedrooms, a Bluetooth speaker allows you to play music 🎵 Please keep noise down after 10pm to preserve the calm of the floor if other guests are staying.

Children are welcome at Amis Wine House 🤘.

But the house is not equipped for them : no baby bed, no high chair, no play area.
And since this is a real lived-in home (with private areas not locked and a few things that are not exactly “kid friendly” 🔧🍷), children must remain under the constant supervision of their parents.

Our two cats are very friendly 🐾, but like all felines they don’t enjoy being bothered or forced: please make sure your children treat them with respect.
